Eggless Martabak

Economical martabak. Often makes martabak because it is a family favorite snack. If you use eggs it is wasteful. Be a martabak without eggs. The taste is a little different from the one with eggs but it’s still delicious.

10 tablespoons flour
19 tbsp water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Toping according to taste. I use cheese and chocolate meises


1. Mix flour and water, stir until blended

2. Dissolve baking soda in 3 tablespoons of water. Then put it in the dough, stir again until blended

3. Then add the sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Then let the dough stand for 1 hour or more

5. Heat the Teflon with the lowest heat. I use 22cm Teflon
6. Then after 1 hour of dough, give a little baking soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon water. Mix well

7. When the Teflon is hot, pour the batter and turn the Teflon so that the dough is evenly distributed to the edge of the Teflon.

8. Wait for it to ripen and nest

9. When it is cooked, spread with margarine and sprinkle a little sugar
